Do I need a subscription to find a cleaner on the Marketplace?
No – finding, scheduling, and paying cleaners on Turno’s Marketplace does NOT require a subscription. Cleaner searches are always free and hosts can start a new search anytime. Plus, when you use Marketplace Cleaners exclusively at your properties, there are no subscription fees – whether you have one property or many. See the pricing table above for details.
Am I eligible for a free Turno subscription?
Turno’s partnerships with some selected channel management/property management software companies result in a free Turno subscription for hosts under some conditions. When using Turno with one of these partners as your booking source, you may be eligible for a complimentary Turno subscription, free of additional charge. Do Cleaners pay a subscription fee?
No – cleaners do not pay a subscription fee. Cleaners can join Turno for free as Non-marketplace cleaners, either at the invitation of an existing host customer or by signing up with Turno and inviting current customers to join the platform. Subscription fees may apply to the host. Also, cleaners who apply to join Turno’s Marketplace do not pay a subscription fee.
How do paid subscriptions work for hosts on Turno?
Turno is a subscription-based software product with both free and premium tiers for hosts. As a host, you are in the Free Tier if you have only one property, regardless if it is billable or not. You will be prompted to subscribe if you have two or more billable properties. Once you reach this point, a Free Trial period starts. Learn more about subscriptions.
What are non-billable and billable properties?
A property is considered billable if it has an external teammate (an invited teammate not sourced from the Turno Marketplace) enabled on it. This means that a property that only has Marketplace teammates enabled is non-billable. If a property has no teammates enabled on it, it is also non-billable.
What is the Free Trial?
The Free Trial is triggered as soon as you have 2 or more billable properties. During the trial period, you can use the system with no limitations but will be required to subscribe once it expires. You can continue using Turno for free after the trial expires, provided you disable all Non-marketplace teammates from your additional properties.
How long does the Free Trial last?
The free trial lasts for 14 days. Once your free trial expires, your account will be restricted, and you won’t be able to use the system with your non-marketplace teammates until you subscribe. Learn more about Turno’s Free Trial.
How can my subscription change?
Your subscription can change in two ways: by adding or removing a billable property, or by changing your plan from monthly to annual. Changing plans, and adding or removing billable properties often result in prorations, meaning the system charges or credits a prorated amount to your account.
